Together with our long-term partners, we are able to offer a range of solutions to best meet every need. Inexpensive basic lenses start at 99€ per pair; at the top-end come the very best premium progressive lenses from glass legend Zeiss.

Customized Vision Tests
with Tradition Subjective Refraction
At Lunettes Selection Berlin, part of our mission is to cultivate traditions. That’s inherent not just in our hand-picked selection of frames and lenses, but also our concept of optical service. In our Berlin boutique, we will gauge the proper prescription for your vision using a rarely-seen traditional method called Subjective Refraction. In contrast to the quick checks that have become standard in today’s optical world, Subjective Refraction is a more intensive and individualized way to evaluate your eyesight.
After taking a comprehensive optical history, our master opticians determine your prescription step by step by holding lenses of different strengths in front of your eye while you determine how they improve or impair what you see.
Instead of fast computer eye tests, at Lunettes Selection Berlin, we use manual refraction glasses that allow us to show you what your vision will be when using a computer, or at night.
This relaxed and precise process takes your feedback into account, creating a personal interaction between you and our optometrist that ensures an absolutely accurate measurement.
As a result, your physical and mental condition at the time of your test is very important.
